About Me



My name is Thory Tessem, and I’ve studied exercise and martial arts for over 35 years. I’ve also been treating as a licenced acupuncturist for nearly 20 years.

In my practice every day, I see many of the same pain issues crop up. The reality is that many of these things can be dealt with and prevented with a tiny bit of self-care.

But as a father of 3 and busy clinician, I understand that time crunch is real!

With this program, I am giving you the ability to take control of your own body back! On your time. Our goal is to get you relief as needed, and build resilience into your body for the future.
